2.1. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the systems on the Website:

(b) are always be virus-free. However, we are constantly aware and deploy anti-virus prevention measures.

(c) are compatible with all types of information terminals, operating systems and browser software.

(d) are always available. There may be brief times when the Website is unavailable due to routine maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. Furthermore, we have the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, without prior notice to users.

4.1. The Website’s content, texts, structures, layouts, pictures, illustrations and other elements are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6.3. Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

6.4. Competence. Any dispute will be submitted to the Brussels courts.
